I'm a licensed therapist based in Minneapolis, offering trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming care for adults across Minnesota. As a parentified oldest child, I'm a natural helper, leader, and caregiver.
Built on trust, mutual respect, and deep listening. I believe your vulnerability is a strength, your pain is valid, and your story deserves to be held with care.
I believe healing isn’t linear, and that real change happens when we move at the speed of trust. I believe in challenging oppressive systems like white supremacy, patriarchy, racism, and capitalism — not just outside of therapy, but within it too. I believe in showing up as my full self, so you feel safe to do the same.

I’m gentle but honest. I listen closely and ask thoughtful questions. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model — our work will be collaborative and attuned to what you need. My approach is integrative, meaning I blend elements of several complementary modalities. We might incorporate mindfulness, skills coaching, inner child work, or just intentional conversations that help you notice what’s really going on underneath the surface.
I also offer therapy intensives for clients who want to dig in deeply without being bound by the 55-minute clock. You can learn more about that here.
